Participants will get BIB no prior to the event
Participants will get link to access and feed workout on leader board
Participants are also requested to send their workout/activity snapshot with allotted bib number on official what’s app no 9712940664 or Email it on info@brandcircusevents.com
Snapshot must include running time, distance & current date

Please choose the event category carefully, registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
During race runner must have fully charged smartphone with proper internet connectivity to avoid inconvenience.
Participant must use known running applications to record the run such as: Strava, Endomondo, Runtastic, Nike Pro, etc.
Participant has to carry their own hydration & energy pack.
Participants must provide valid contact mobile number and email id for further communication
Minimum age to participate is 10 years
There will not be any kit distribution expo for the virtual race.
You can start race from your home or any other place you prefer
Medals/t-shirt will be courier post event on the registered address only for participants who have avail courier delivery services, for participants who have not opted for courier delivery have to collect it from our registered office address.
T-Shirts will be available in all different colours
Runner / cyclist will take part in the race at their own risk, organiser or any other agency associated with the event will not be responsible for theft, death, robbery, etc.
Participant is responsible for their own safety.
You assure that in the event of adverse weather condition, major incidents threats on the day or restriction by authorities, the organiser reserve the rights to postpone/stop/cancel the event.
Participant must feed workout on given link to get featured on leaderboard
Snapshot should be sent with BIB no. on official WhatsApp number (9712940664) or by an e-mail (info@brandcircusevents.com) immediately after workout/activity
Snapshot must include running time, distance & current date
In case of medical emergency kindly contact 108 ambulance service or any other equivalent services of your location
This event is only limited to Indian resident, foreigner participant must provide their Indian residence address
